Wonder Woman To Film This Fall

Warner Bros. live-action Wonder Woman movie will begin principal photography this Fall, according to Deadline.com.

'Wonder Woman' will mark the feature film directorial debut of long-time television producer and director Michelle MacLaren. Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder (Man of Steel) and Charles Roven (The Dark Knight trilogy) are among those producing the film.

MacLaren has directed episodes of AMC's 'Breaking Bad', 'The Walking Dead' and HBO's 'Game of Thrones'.

Gal Gadot (Fast & Furious 6) will star in the superhero action adventure after the Amazon Princess debuts in director Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

The character 'Wonder Woman' was created by psychologist and writer William Moulton Marston and first appeared in 'All Star Comics' #8 in December 1941.

'Wonder Woman' is set for release on June 23, 2017.
