Justin Hires has joined CBS' Rush Hour pilot as Carter, the role played by Chris Tucker in films of the same name. Hires (21 Jump Street) will star opposite Jon Foo (Tekken) in the action-comedy. Foo is cast as detective Lee, originally played by Jackie Chan.
'Rush Hour' centers on a cocky, maverick LAPD officer (Hires), who is assigned to work on a case with a stoic detective (Foo) from Hong Kong.
