Zack Snyder Teases the Batman vs. Superman Batmobile!

Director Zack Snyder took to Twitter today to reveal the first teaser image of the new Batmobile from Batman vs. Superman. Snyder wrote "Could be time to pull the tarp…Tomorrow?"

In the black-and-white photo, the new Batmobile is covered by a tarp with the rear wheels exposed. The shape of the vehicle appears to be a hybrid of the Corvette body from Tim Burton's Batman (1989) and the more recent Tumbler from Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy. In Batman vs. Superman, Henry Cavill reprises his role as Superman/Clark Kent, joined by Ben Affleck as Batman/Bruce Wayne, and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince. The film also stars Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and Jeremy Irons as Alfred, and reunites Man of Steel stars Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane. The film is slated for release on May 6, 2016.
