85th Academy Awards Nominations Announced
See the complete list of Oscar nominations announced Thursday. The nominations for the 85th Academy Awards were announced today by the show's host, Seth MacFarlane, and actress Emma Stone. Lincoln received more nominations than any other film. The Thirteenth Amendment political drama received 12 total nominations including best picture, director for Steven Spielberg and acting nominations for Daniel Day-Lewis, Sally Field and Tommy Lee Jones. The Oscars will be presented Sunday, February 24, 2013, at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, and televised live on ABC 8pm ET, 5pm PT.
