Plot
"Creature Commandos" will feature the voice talents of Frank Grillo as Rick Flag Sr., who will be joined by David Harbour as Eric Frankenstein, Indira Varma as the Bride, Alan Tudyk as Dr. Phosphorous, Maria Bakalova as Princess Ilana Rostovic, Sean Gunn as GI Robot & Weasel, Zoe Chao as Nina Mazursky, and Steve Agee reprising his role as John Economos.
The seven-episode animated series, written by Gunn, is a modern take on a team of classic monsters assembled to fight Nazis. "Creature Commandos" is part of the initial 10 film and TV projects revealed by new DC Studios co-chairmen and CEOs James Gunn and Peter Safran. The project will be interconnected in the DCU's Chapter 1 phase "Gods and Monsters."
